Today, we bring to you a small interview of the man behind this venture – Mr Arjun Singh
Please tell us about the inspiring journey of your brand
I graduated from the JD Institute of Fashion and Technology Jaipur in the year 1998. Soon after I collaborated with one of my designer friends to set up my first venture in Jaipur. After two years of hard work, our brand grew slowly and firmly. Then I got an opportunity from Mumbai, where I collaborated with a very well known brand there called ‘Millionaire’. This lasted for 8 years. Later I thought about expanding my work to the Capitol where I collaborated with ‘Royal Rivaaz’ which later got renamed to ‘Royal Rivaaz by Arjun’. After getting to know my way around the Capitol and seeing the pleasant response here, I started the work of my personal studio by the name of ‘Wedding Lounge by Arjun’ which is a unit of ‘CHAUDHARY COLONISERS PVT. LTD.’.
Why should a franchisee invest in your brand? How is it beneficial for him?
‘Wedding Lounge by Arjun’ is one of the most popular brands in Delhi. Our happy customers become a part of the family of Wedding Lounge. They feel at home whenever they come to us. Even our international customers feel very pleased with our work. We fulfil the needs of our customers from all around the world. So, if a franchise would invest in us then it would mean that they can reach out to a greater number of audiences. It would be highly profitable for them.

What is the USP of your brand?
We have the best in class men’s designer styles and a wide range of variety. We have sponsored many Bollywood movies like Band Baja Baarat, 3 Idiots, Lage Raho Munna Bhai, Munna Bhai MBBS, Just Married and also a couple of tv shows. We do the best of Custom made tailoring. What are your expansion plans and future prospects?
Currently, we have our presence in Mumbai, Delhi, London and Canada. And soon we are planning to open stores in Dubai, Singapore and Dhaka.
What kind of training and support are you willing to provide to your franchise?
Along the line, we help and support the franchise and teach them our ways of dealing with the clients. We first make our clients our friends which makes business much easier with them. Along with this, we also give them many more useful tips.

What are your thoughts on the current Indian market scene?
India is the best market for a wedding business. A wedding is like a festival here and even the middle class spends lavishly on their weddings.The new generation is more readily spending on their big day. Therefore the wedding market is getting bigger and it will keep on doing so in the future.
How do you cope with work stress and pressure?
For us Work is Worship, we never take stress in our work. Pressure teaches us new things to improve our work and make the most of it. I love and enjoy my work.
Would you as an Entrepreneur like to invest in other sectors and launch other brands?Definitely other than designing, it is my dream to open a good family Restaurant which will provide delicious food and healthy food to the people.
