We spoke with Mr. Tushar Khatri, Director, Incredible Heights Education Pvt. Ltd., to understand more about his preschool and benefits of becoming a franchisee of Incredible Heights preschool.
- 1. Mr. Tushar, please throw some light on your preschool brand ‘Incredible Heights’. What brought you to create a brand in education industry?
‘Incredible Heights’ is born with a desire to nurture the children and lay a healthy foundation for a learned society. It is managed by a professional team, comprising of people with rich experience and broad knowledge in domain of early childhood education and management. Incredible Heights offers business association for play school and children care services to individuals, entrepreneurs and existing preschools across India. The success of our preschool franchisee is ensured through complete guidance to setup, start and manage the preschool.
2. What differentiates ‘Incredible Heights’ from other preschools in India? In which locations your preschools mark its presence?
As said earlier, we are a preschool with a difference, we are offering:
- First, 3 in 1 Business Module which no other preschool is offering which means we are providing full day revenue module for franchisees to earn and not just 8am-12 noon business.
- Second, we are providing theme based classrooms, CCTV Surveillance, Talking Book Technology and Integrated Curriculum.
- Third, we are providing Activity Centre which comprises of 4 courses currently which will give additional revenue to the franchises since these are all running courses and will do very well during summer and winter vacations.
We are present in 4 locations of India including one in Bangalore. We are looking at about 50 centers, 10-12 Area Franchise by the end of July, 2015.
3. There are various ways of brand expansion. What made you choose the franchise route?
‘Incredible Heights’ is not following the footsteps of other preschools in India. We have emerged with the idea to promote new generation school for kids by making it technologically sound. The quality of academics is descended down to the kids by the teachers who carry expertise with themselves, keeping the school attached with traditional moral values. Moreover, we have regularized automatic updates of children to their parents as to uphold the trust of parents and maintain assurance.
4. Not everyone is well acquainted with the know-how of preschools. What kind of backend and frontend support you would provide to such franchisees?
It is must for a franchisor to render full support and training to their franchisees. It will in turn give way to a healthy relationship that is needed in any business. We believe in ‘sharing and caring’ attitude with our franchisees. It is essential to understand franchisee and sharing your knowledge with them. Before entering into franchise business, you should first clarify your thoughts regarding your interest. Don’t be in haste as it required sensible thought in buying franchise. Also, avoid getting into the trap of how much ROI company is offering. First, satisfy yourself with full knowledge about the company.
5. What are your future plans for domestic and international expansion of ‘Incredible Heights’?
We are looking forward to expand in 40 locations of India. We are also looking forward to have international expansion of ‘Incredible Heights’ via franchise route.
