With an educational background in Nutrition & Dietetics, Simran Sahni has always wanted herself to be an established nutritionist. Her professional life was eventually allied with her husband. In the year 1998, when she got engaged with Sachin Sahni, who was into his job that time, Mr. Sahni was willingly sharing a desire of starting a own business. The common goal led both into a conclusion of venturing into health and wellness line. Life, since then, has taken a new turn for them.
“We decided to step into this path for two reasons- firstly, a strong aspiration of doing something independently with my educational backdrop, and secondly, my husband was posted in Lucknow and we learned that the city had a dearth of wellness and beauty centers.” In the motivation to encourage beauty and health sector of the city, the duo launched their own 0business called Health Zone, soon after tying knots in the year 1999.
With a satisfactory smile, she preceded her statement quoting “we have come a long way ahead from an opening point. There were hurdles in the path though with sheer conviction in our goal we persevered throughout our journey.” They begin with a small shelter, incorporating total of five employees in the initial phase. With time, their hard work into the business started paying off a positive response, which prompted them to expand their network. They undertook 100 potential members. Now, Health Zone is found in the seven destinations across India, running via company as well as franchise ownerships.
Clients, who shed over 100 kilograms of their body weight under the guidance of professionals in the Health Zone, motivated Mrs. Sahni to boost their performance of their business at a next level. Simran and Sachin Sahni are now focusing on adding volume to their business development. There are 15 additional centers that are in the pipeline, and she seems truly excited to welcome the ongoing evolvement of her ambitious dream, which got its structure nearly a decade ago with a vision.
