Q1. Can we start with an overview of Aura Thai Spa and what inspired you to start it?

Sure. Aura Thai Spa is world famous for its authentic spa therapies and exhaustive range of wellness services. We provide holistic herbal spa services to help customers relax and rejuvenate. The idea of Aura Thai Spa was born when Kashiff Khan experienced an amazing spa treatment in Thailand. He dreamt of opening such Spa Centres in India so that Indians can experience relief from their stressful lives.

Q.2. What has been the most difficult aspect of getting your brand off the ground and how did you overcome that?

I would say hiring the qualified staff for Spa. You see, in India, we have a scarcity of trained professionals who can provide genuine and international standards of healing techniques. We performed extensive searches to hire the best talent. We also provide them with regular training with stringent guidelines. We don’t compromise on quality.

I believe there are three aspects that make us unique and the most loyal Spa brand in India.

Certified Therapists: Our therapists are highly qualified and experienced. They ensure customers get the best spa experience. They have mastered the art of healing.

Authentic Therapies: Our therapies are rich in ancient healing techniques which are 2000 years old.

Healing Ambience: Each Aura Thai Spa is peaceful and calm, giving spiritual satisfaction to its visitors.

We are present in 80 prime locations in Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Raipur and many major cities with multiple stores.
