Q. 1. Can we start with an overview of Howra Burger and what inspired you to start it?
Sure. Howra Burger is a cheerful place which serves sexy, mouth-watering and lip smacking burgers that never cease to surprise food enthusiasts. Our burgers are healthy and fresh. We saw burger players in India whose menu was dull and lacked the genuine desi taste. So, we came up with Howra Burger which provides a spicy taste and home-made sauces to give customers a delicious treat every time.

Q.2. What has been the most difficult aspect of getting your brand off the ground and how did you overcome that?
The Burger is a western concept. We already had players like McD, KFC and Burger King who have a massive following in India. So, to compete with them and create a unique image was a gigantic challenge. But, we stayed true to our vision. Our chef made tasty and sumptuous burger recipes which were just wow and irresistible. Result? The Indian youth is now crowding our outlet and giving huge orders online.

Howra has changed the perception of burgers in India. Our burgers are not junk but healthy and people consider a Howra Burger, a complete meal. Every tasty burger is hand-crafted with authentic Indian spices. Howra Burger’s ambience is fun and friendly; people come here to enjoy themselves and have made it their social adda.

We have our flagship outlet at Breach Candy, Mumbai and are opening up in all metro cities.
