Mr. Jahaan, please throw some light on your brand, ‘Roti aur Boti’. What interested you to create a brand in Food and Beverages Industry?
Roti Aur Boti is a well known name in the market but behind it, there is a plenty of hard work and ideas which have made it a Brand. We started our journey in 2009 with our first outlet and since then we have never looked back. We used to be called as ‘ Shawarma outlet’ earlier, as we serve the best Shawarma. With we have expanded the Menu and people loved that too.
There are various ways for brand expansion. What made you choose the franchise route?
Franchise route is the best way of expansion as it helps in building a team as and opens the option of expanding fast as well. We believe in hard working people so we pick the people accordingly as it’s a long road to travel.
How do you see the growth of ‘Roti aur Boti’ from the day you started it? In which locations this brand mark its presence?
Roti aur Boti has always seen good days and the design we work upon will make it reach to further heights. We have outlets in Delhi, UP, Goa, and Honkong. Soon we are coming up in Haryana, Mumbai and Sydney (Australia).
What kind of backend and frontend support you would provide to your franchisees?
We provide all the support ranging from Staff support, Raw material support, Interiors support, Advertisement and PR support to work design support
What is the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of ‘Roti Aur Boti? How is your brand different from your competitors?
Shawarma is the USP of ours. We are the only company which makes 6 kinds of Shawarma in India . Our brand name Roti Aur boti is unique name itself. It makes a consumer to relish the supreme taste we have.
Where do you see your brand in the next 5 years?
In the next 5 years we see our brand creating an IPO and giving all the people who are associated with this brand a new high!
