Real estate News India: Air India has asked real estate consultancy firm DTZ to find buyers for its surplus residential real estate assets abroad to mobilise funds. “We have got residential properties at Hong Kong, Mauritius and Nairobi which we plan to monetize this year. We are offering this to Indian High Commissions abroad and Public Sector banks having offices abroad,” said a senior Air India official. “Till data we have not realised anything from sale of real estate. Our property consultants DTZ have been asked to negotiate with prospective parties and execute the sale,” the official added.
