Isenberg, a manufacturer of bathroom fixtures is planning a robust business expansion in India by setting up a manufacturing unit in Gujarat, expansion of its dealership network and bath studios and water experience centre across the country.
Currently it has an order book of Rs 55 crore and eyes a turnover of Rs 100 crore in the next three years.
Speaking about this, Huzy Hundekari, executive vice president, South Asia, Isenberg India said, ” With changing trends in construction industry, we are introducing products which are value for money. We are planning to expand across India and will set up our own manufacturing unit in Gujarat in next two years. The total market size of this industry is Rs 2000 crore and is growing by 15 per cent every year. We are eying all the major real estate developers in India for expansion our business and eying over Rs 100 crore revenue in the next three years.”
The company has finalised Gujarat for its upcoming manufacturing facility with the investment of 15 milion euros. It will make faucets and other bathroom fixtures except showers.
Isenberg is also setting up water experience centres in Mumbai, Pune, Ahmadabad, Hyderabad, Kochi.
Each centre requires an investment of Rs 2.5 crore. It is heavily expanding its business in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Delhi. Currently it has over 98 dealers across 21 cities in India. Isenberg has come with a ‘ Bathroom in a Box concept in which all essential fixtures needed in one bathroom packed in a single box and discounted to 26 to 39 per cent off MRP. The price of boxes ranges from Rs 7, 990 to Rs 11, 990.
